Product Description

Autumn Brilliance Serviceberry Tree (Amelanchier x grandiflora)

Autumn Brillliance Serviceberry Tree is not only an ornamental, but also a deciduous fruiting tree. In April, fragrant white flowers appear attracting pollinators to your garden. In the summer, it bears small 3/8″ edible purple to red berries, giving it the name of Juneberry. As the seasons change, the leaves of Autumn Brilliance turn a stunning red-orange color, adding to the beauty of your landscape. These native trees are a multi-stemmed clump giving the appearance of a large shrub, but can be trimmed to maintain a tree-like appearance. Autumn Brilliance is also more resistant to leaf spot than other serviceberry varieties!

Serviceberry Trees

Serviceberry are popular, fast-growing, deciduous trees. They are known for their early spring white flowers and edible summer berries. These flowers provide early spring nectar for bees and butterflies. Then the summer berries feed wildlife and many different bird species. In the fall their blue-green leaves change to a vibrant red-orange foliage. Serviceberry thrive in full sun or partial sun and love moist, well-drained soil.
