Cunningham’s White

Cunningham White Rhododendron has pink buds that open to pure white flowers with a greenish-yellow blotch on its upper petal. These flowers appear in mid spring contrasting well with the deep, dark green foliage. Cunningham White is easy to grow and a dependable, profuse bloomer. It takes very little to no pruning, except removing its finished flowers if you so desire. It will grow anywhere, but prefers shady areas with acidic, well-drained soil. It is good to fertilize Cunningham White with Holly-tone in the spring to give it a boost.

Rhododendron Shrub

Rhododendron are popular for their ability to grow in deep shade. They are also known for their huge, vibrant flowers! Rhododendron thrive in acidic, well-drained soil. They are extremely easy to grow and low-maintenance. Although usually not needing pruning, you can prune these bushes immediately after spring flowering. Rhododendron look best planted along a border, as a stand-alone specimen, or in a privacy hedge.
