Mount Airy Fothergilla

Mount Airy Fothergilla has white, honey-scented flowers in early spring. This dwarf Fothergilla has leathery, blue-green foliage all summer long. In the fall, the foliage changes to red, orange, and yellow. Mount Airy thrives in moist soil and sunny areas, but adapts to shady areas as well. Minimal pruning is needed for this bush, so plant Mount Airy for your fall color!

Fothergilla Shrub

Fothergilla (Bottlebrush), also known as Witch Alder, has stunning fall color with foliage shades of yellow, orange, and red. In mid-spring it produces white, honey-scented flowers that look like bottlebrushes. Fothergilla grows best in moist, rich soil and full to partial sun. It looks best planted along borders, as a hedge, or in woodland gardens. Fothergilla is native to North America.
