Quick Fire Fab® Hydrangea is known for being an exceptionally early bloomer. It has large, football-shaped blooms with hints of lime, white, and fuchsia hues through out the year. Quick Fire Fab® blooms emerge coconut-lime, transition to blush pink and bright pink, and end as a fuchsia-red. The blush pink hue begins at the base of the flower and then works its way to the lime tip. This upright bush grows well as a specimen in your garden. Quick Fire Fab® flowers are excellent for fresh or dried flower arrangements.
Hydrangeas (paniculata) are known for blooming on new wood every year which makes them reliable bloomers. They are also extremely hardy and cold tolerant, making them an excellent choice for gardens. Hydrangeas prefer a full to part sun. Adaptable to many soils, moderate moisture is required. Hydrangeas look best planted along borders, mass plantings, or in containers. Prune the whole plant back by about one-third its total height each spring, just as the new growth begins to emerge on stems.
